I am very curious about this " Submitted old schedule 3 form" reason for return of application. I see many of the returned applications have this reason ( same as me). How on earth did we use this old form???!!! I downloaded all the forms from the CIC website !!!!

i thought this happened to me because of my computer... it's been acting up lately, and i thought that it pulled the site from the history, since i had the cic website bookmarked, and it didn't recognize (for some reason) the updates on the site... but i guess it wasn't that..

I am thinking that CIC are sending back applications by ship/land than air mail, since its taking a few weeks and its cheaper. I know for sure that regular air mail takes 5-7 days between UK-Canada. What you think? Am I right?

LVO has queued 2013 PER applications for 3 - 4 months hold time for those in process. So dont expect MR anytime soon. This is my lawyers update (Cohen).

Thanks for this update regarding current situations with LVO. Cohen is indeed a reputable and top immigration consultant in the Quebec province of Canada so information from him would be reliable.

However, a bit of clarity on the mentioned 3-4 months hold time would be appreciated. Does it mean that the estimated time for MR from the time one's documents gets to LVO after PER? or Does it mean that LVO will not process any application after PER received until after a period of 3-4 months. if the latter is the case, what could be their reason for this?

Hi Experts

GM !!! Considering comparatively slow pace of updating the applications for NOC 2147 over couple of weeks.
Can any one suggest that do i hold a strong chance for getting the PR ? My applciations have reached CIC on 19th August and was recieved by Dexter.

Also, can the DD is valid for 3 months, hence it will expire by 5th November 2013. So can you suggest what is it's not encashed prior to that....

One thing that i wanted to highlight is that one of relative did apply PR last year and they submitted their application by Late November when there were only few applications left to fill the cap. Then also they were under the cap and got their PR by May...So can anyone suggest how exactly does CIC count or calculates the number displayed on their website under the completed applications.

how do we come to know if our DD is encashed? i called the bank manager today and he stated that we will not be able to tell you the status....

Dear Friends..Need to know that whether the DD encashed for different NOC varies or not? For example mine is 2131 and DD not encashed till date for my 25th June,2013 application received date. But others with 26th, 28th and even 2nd july applicant ,their DD has ensashed....

Got reply from CIO about the status :'(. Admins please update. My file was received on 17th June.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 18 Sept 2013 as the cap of NOC 2174 has been reached. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

I am asking this since my application was received on 13th June for 2174, I sent them an email on 16th Aug and received a reply on 20 Sep stating that my application is awaiting intial processing and I will be contacted in due course. I just received the UCI number on the email. Should I then be expecting the same reply in some time ?

I Found there was not any update information for a few applicants sent on early May within 1112 and 2174.There was no cash out or PER information.What's the status of these friends? already be rejected or still in process? if rejected alrerady, returned files should be received due to such early application date. What do you think so?
