One more thing, I have received my PER with the UCI number on 23 of August and whenever I use my information in the online service it says sorry we were not able to identify you.

Did any one experienced similar issue or know what is happening.. I will appreciate you help..

i think CIC missed updating ur application status. i m guessing. my advise would be to send an email to the cic explaining them the situation. dont forget to specify ur full name,DOB and UCI in the email.
