thanks

Do I need to write these myself, or should I get them from my company?
because I sent with my application a work experience from my company stating how many years I worked, number of hours, my salary and the the position as Structural engineer. But no explanation about my duties was presented.

please all advise on this urgently because I plan to send application again.
thanks

Duties should be stated in certificate of employment. In my case, i provided HR my duties and they forwarded it to my manager to sign.

Thanks Rawdah for the reply, however, I have mentioned 72 points in the spreadsheet as I have given the experience letter on my company's letter head of 7 years of experience in same company. I have also mentioned my tenure in the company, with all my promotion, and time spent on each positions on the second page of the letter, however, only my current profile detail job duties and my last profile job detail duties were included in the experience letter ( which is 1.5 years + 1 years = 2.5years)

So wondering, may be I was not awarded with all 15 points and may not fall shots of points in future at VO level.

Why bother to claim more points while you already have 72 points. Doesn't matter you have 72 points or 77 points, it will not affect your application in any way.

Dear Admin

Please update the spreadsheet, my file has been received

Hello FSW2174,

I have recieved an email from CIC,Nova Scotia stating that I am in the list and I am eligible under the federal skilled category and they will transfer my file to visa office .

Now I have got a reply from Visa office that they have received my file and now i cant refund my visa application fee.

About loan issue :- My dads fixed deposit is entirely on my name and is equal to the amount that CIC has recommended us to hold.

About photo issue:- I have sent both of my photos without any explanation. I hope it doesnt create any issue

Thanks
Singh

Then everything is fine with your case dear. Don't worry about photographs as well.you have send then latest one too. So that's fine.

Hi fsw2174,

Thanks for your reply, Below are the answers:-

First, have you keep her information in additional family forms??, YES

Now, if you have mentioned your sis info in forms then it is advisable to submit the documents. Sometimes this factor are more stringer for officer to get confidence about your settlement in canada.

Also, if you do so there it might happened that local vo won't ask you six months statement or current bank certificate again by seeing relative support in canada.
All the best.

That is also added advantage of sending my sis-in-law documents to VO, but is there any consequence regarding submitting her docs now at this stage. Will Vo ask me the reasons for not submitting the docs earlier?

My viewpoint:: since you have already got AOR; you have gotten required points that's why they have processed/forwarded your file!! so do not bother to claim more points at this stage. what ever u submit will not be counted towards points or added to points at this stage.

While u are in stage of waiting for medical it might just prolong your waiting period when u send additional documents which they have not requested.

No , vo won't ask you reason for the same because while submitting her doc just put one simple note you forgot to enclose docs, sometimes silly excuse are genuine. There is no scope of any negatives things will happen because you were eligible without her supporting docs.

Immigration officer are not full with negative thoughts, they also want you give visa with happiness if candidate is genuine and having no hidden story. :)

That is also fine if you don't send them docs if you wish so, but I strongly advise you to send them because there is no harm in that. :)

But here point is , whatever you show them on forms should have supporting docs in their hand.
All the best.

Write down all your duties ... all and everything you do at office at site .... even site visits to support the site team ... solving site issues... coordination between the consultant and subcontractors ..... approvals ..... material submital ..... Shop drawing ...... solving design issues...... every everything ...... go to your direct manager .... review it with him ..... send him an email and ask for his/her support with the HR department.
This won't harm the company in anything and I'm sure they will help.

All the best ISA.

WJKK WJKF Singh Saab,
