My passport will be expired on March 2014 and I submitted my application on August 26, 2013, can you give me an advice on when is the best time to renew my passport. Should I renew now or should I wait for an update regarding the status of my application? When and how can I inform CIO regarding my passport renewal? Thank you!

You can renew it after you got AOR as still you have time till march 2014 and you need to inform about VO for new passport which you can inform only after your file reaches there (ie AOR)

YOu can renew now also and inform vo after you got AOR, but I advise do after AOR

does ur uci starts with 909 or 908 and u will be assigned same uci but not the previous que.

As per CIC manual, after issue of PER, there is one more stage which is controlled by CIO. Check Clause 10 of CIC manual. Applications can be rejected by CIO, even after issue of PER.

the 1 applicant that shows in front of petroleum engineering in the latest cic update was there way before me or DDD1 got our PRs. So none of us are still included in the cap count. And i am not misrepresenting myself. and im sure DDD1 is neither. So either CICs latest update is up to before first week of june or i dont know...

thats the confusion, do not take otherwise but if you and ddd1 are not the 1 shown by cic than is the update is before 6th june? but cic is now a day working on last week of june. or CIC is not updating some non usual NOC???
