Does anyone know if applicants of early July are included in this cap update?

In the past, applicants had CC/DD charged for 1112. even after cap indicated full. That suggests some complete applications were included in the cap update even though CC/DD were not yet charged.

Seniors, is the analysis above correct?

NEW CAP Total received toward the overall cap: 1,812 of 5,000

@Bboy,

You are right. I believe it is until your application is returned with covering letter stating the reasons for rejection before you can conclude that it is all over. We might also assume that applications are being treated on FIFO basis which means there might be some more detailed verification going on in CIC to determine the genuiness of the potential applicants to fast track other processes. It does not necessary means June/July/August applicants cant make the CAP. In all keep believing and praying miracles do happen.

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

The Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism issued instructions which were published in the Canada Gazette on May 4, 2013. Only applicants who meet the criteria specified in these Ministerial Instructions are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 4, 2013. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

There's still space don't worry too much, you could be charged this week or early next week. I'm sure July apps still have a chance, in fact I'm quite surprised that 2147 didn't increase as much, from 210 to 246, only 36 in a week?
Admins, didn't one of you do a prediction a few days back? Did any of them match the this cap update?

I just got an email from CPP-O asking for the medical and police clearance (I have already sent the PCC a couple of days back, it's on its way). I need to submit the medical by 60 days.

I am in row 399 in the spreadsheet (1978bubun)

Whenever I log online to check with the UCI it says ...... There is no record of your application bla bla bla .........then lists the options of what may be happened to my application. I will complete the section on my details soon. Thanks
