Welcome to d forum. Nobody from forum under NOC 1112 reported CC charge or PER after 27th May.
Thank you for the info. I have concluded the same thing based on excel file. However i did not see that others were rejected, and i have not got any info either so i am wondering if they might return later to this NOC, or perhaps if we can jump in on places of those who receive PER but give up/ do not succeed in further steps?

Barcomi,

Excellent! +1 for you

Where did you get these?

I just think they are lazy and cannot be bothered to do much hense the huge backlog ... If consultants can review and submit lots of applications on behalf of their clients, then why CIC cannot do the same?

Its a simple logic..

If consultant handle 100 cases per months and for each case it is say £500 then he will earn £500 x 100 = £50000 per month and if he handle 200 cases then the per month earning is double which is £100000

But in the case of CIC they are not getting paid for the number of applications they are reviewing but a fixed salary monthly so if they review less or more doesnt matter they will get a fixed payment at the end of the month..

Then why they should work hard,put more effort and loose their energy ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) . They are enjoying their sweet honeymoon time :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P reviewing application slowly

Hello guys...

At least we are hopeful that CIC would process these 5,000 applications with high priority. Otherwise we would end up in same situation as poor MI2/MI3 applicants.

So far it was fun to visit this forum 10 times a day ;) , but I don't think I can enjoy this fun for so long. 3 years!!! NOT AT ALLLLLL :'( :'( :'(

no Mr ITguy, even am waiting for a MR from NDVO. Clueless as to when will that happen

Also along with the original bunch of application i have not submitted mine and my spouse's PCC. No additional docs request was also received.

Seniors please advice, i raised a query to NDVO in their online website below, saying that i have not submitted my PCC and should i send the same now? But there is no response from them! its more than 3 weeks since i sent them a query message.

Should i wait for a response or just go ahead and send a copy to the NDVO office. Kindly help

Also i am pregnant by 8 months, and expecting a baby mid november, so should i intimate the NDVO office now, or should i do it only after the child birth???????
. Kindly advice.

Thanks

This one is also worth a look, perfectly shows how slow the application process trends are...

That's a very sophisticated Excel sheet. Just if they had not spent too much time creating tons of documents of this type, there would not be too many people left on the backlogs ;D ;D ;D ;D

Any take on this??? Can I have sum1 answering my questions as early as possible?? as I want to reapply again. Just a few doubts & if resolved will sail on the same boat...

Apply asap and keep a check with the cap. My husband also applied again as our application was returned with the reason that we had filled the old schedule 3 form. But we attached new docs to it...almost all. Like the bank statement new forms. Try to complete ur application..send and forget. Its like a jackpot :) Dont get much bothered over it.

Hopefully lots of CC/DD charges and PERs today ...
