No I don't think its too early , I am going to request in few days , other wise it may get late when we need it. No question of hassle we are here to share and ask :)

Thanks Ulasad for your reply.

I am going tomorrow morning to Indian High Commission in LONDON and will try to apply for PCC.

Actually I am not an Indian. But I studied in India. It may be more complicated to get the PCC.

Yes you are right. But you know it just take 10 days to get PCC from UK. The procedure is quite easy.

Hello All,

Here is my detail:

1. Applied for NOC 2147 (cap filled 210 till 15-Sept)
2. FSWP application: 24-Jul-2013
2. Application received: 29-Jul-2013

After getting confirmation of receiving the application by courier, I have not heard anything from CIC. I am still confused about the process of their application. My question is: When do they update their application count (they show everyweek update, but are these the applications they get in that week or just a number of how much they were able to count that particular week)? Is there anyway to know whether they have counted my application yet or not? I have not been charged my CC yet. And should I expect that my application would be counted within 300 or should I expect it to be returned? Thank you in advance.

Another thing: I have given photocopy of a 1 yr old PCC with my application and told that I have applied for a new one. Now I have got the new one, but don't know where or when to mail that. Should I wait till I get any response from CIC?

Dear Seniors,

I just got a reply from CIO two hours ago for answering my previous enquiry about the application status (sent on 20th Aug). It says:

Dear Sir/Madam:

Re: UCI# 909*****

Your application # is E000******. Your file is currently awaiting processing. Notification will be sent in due course.

Thank you.

Centralized Intake Office
Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada

And I just checked it online with the UCI#, the ECAS status is showing "In Process" with only one sentence of "We received your application for permanent residence on June 25, 2013."

Does that mean my PER is on the way? I still do not know if my dd has been charged or not. Please help to confirm!

This is the first news from LVO, thanks to xp4com, the below email was received on 6th Sep. It means that LVO is working, and soon people will receive emails from LVO.

One surprising thing is app received date for xp4com was 5/24/2013, but others who submitted earlier then this date have not been contacted so far. So please keep posting, if you receive emails from LVO.

Originally, I had provided details of past 10 years as the form reads: "Provide details since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent."
Well as u mentioned it's already sent so
Either it's lost somehow while file being transferred to VO as u may have guessed
Or they need u to submit something specific that they didn't find on the first one u sent..reviewing wht they wrote and stressing on:
"Without any gaps" u sure u didn't miss any gaps?!
Urself AND ur spouse
All addressess u've lived since age of 18
And since the age of 18 not just last 10 years (I guess u might be older than 28years)

Good luck & hope u get the MR soon

Hello Cardsman

As per the forum members applications are being returned for NOC's 1112 and 2174 . I am a July applicant as well.

It takes 20 working days for CIC to reply to your e-mails.

So sit tight and wait.
