Thanks for the clarification... so Its a good sum up. Friends, I also suggest PCC over PVC for the only reason that for PCC from PSK has online information access and it is a lot easy for the VO the check PCC status online. Now a days passport office take figure prints for everything and you also have your snap on PCC.

Hence, it is more reliable, easily verifiable.

Hope the CAP will be till 230 in NOC 2147 since according to this forum we've seen few PERs and no movement after 24th June.

Subodh , if cic hasn't work much in last two week then they won't show publicly by updating few increase in cap , so their strategy would be delaying cap details!!!
