I got my UCI on the fone in a very first attempt but it totally depend on the Guy who pick ur call..but now i think you should send email asap..

yes i have already mailed them 5 days back, guess it will take another 15 days for the reply..

Shall I wait for couple of weeks more or shall I phone CIC for my updates. 4th July applicant with the NOC of 3142.... I am getting tired by waiting... How I will be notified if they en-cashed my DD....Pls advise me.... ???

Who got PER after 27th May in NOC 1112?
they must be bluffing as CIC works on FIFO bases

wait till next 10 days then check with your bank about the DD en-cash and they will be able to tell you whether it is en-cashed or not.

PCC OR PVC!!!!

And also cic guideline cic want us to submit PCC.

Reason 1.Technically there is huge difference , check the content of Pcc and PVC first.

Reason 2.cic need Pcc , we should send them what they want, if you send them PVC then I don't think they will reject your case! But again they will ask for Pcc and that may delay your processing.

Reason 3. I have applied Pcc three times and PVC one time. For work permit reason in past. When I went to passport seva office in may 2013,officer asked me "when you applied for pcc last time?",I didn't remember exact month, but he told me about my past application!!. Meaning if you applied in passport seva office they do have track of you case though your passport is renewed mean time.So , when there is any verification comes in Ministry of external affair INDIA ,it is clear that they have everything to share with cic, including your departure n arrival date for overseas travel,Well I would like to correlated reason 3 with 4.

Reason 4. Cic conduct different kind of verification of out that one is criminal case and other is border &immigrations check. Border and immigration check verify two things.
1. Whether you said in your travel form is inline with their verification or not. AND
2.whether you were rejected for visa , or you were forced to return to your home country , this check should
be inline with your generic form page one, question: whether your we're rejected , banned visa/entry for USA
canada or other country.

Reason 5: considering reason 3 and reason 4, please check content of Pcc and PVC . You will realise which one will satisfy visa officer.

Content of Pcc is as below , [I don't have copy of my old PVC , but if anyone has please share.]

It is certified that there is no adverse information against aaaaaaaa, holder of Indian passport no aaaaaa,issued at aaaaaa,on ddmmyyyy, which would render him or her in eligible for grant of travel facilities including visa for CANADA.

Passport seva kendra takes finger print , picture and it is more effective due to issued by Ministry of external affairs.
