When did CIC send it back to you? I know it got to you on 5th Sept but when was the accompanying letter and stamp dated?

Yes you need to sent the Original ECA Report and the orignal IELTS Test Result Form.

Regarding the Fixed Deposit on my wife name to include me as co applicant it is not possible for any changes. I need to close the FD on my wife name and net put new fixed deposit.
Instead of that can I submit the NOC from my wife and send it to the CIC Intake office, Sydney.

how exactly background checks are done? I know they will verify our emp ref letters by calling or other means.
How about if I stayed in 2 or more countries for 6 months in the past 10 years will the VO contact every country to check on me ?

Wait till AOR and if NDVO ask then send , you can send them even they don't ask noc , there is no harm.

Yes it is a possibility. They can verify your application using the references you have provided, regardless of the location you have worked.

You have to include also timing, it means what time an app reached CIC. People whose apps reached in the early morning are charged faster and late afternoon apps are charged later. In addition there are different people, so different lines for apps. Dexter will finish his apps quicker and Mike will need more time... :
But if you look at a particular person, e.g. Mike - so you will see that he considers apps strictly according to a minute he is receiving them.

interesting point of view, I need to look at it.
what is important to me is that he sends me my PER, he is free to do whatever he want.
does anybody knows This Mike's number? (heheh just joking)
