I have submitted my generic application form IMM 0008 with out mentioning my name in the section "Consent to release information to intended province/territory destination" of last page. Rest all i have filled and signed.

My application is in transit to reach the CIC Intake Office

Will CIC reject my application ???????

Please suggest me any one had the same experience.

Don't really know. If CIC is kind, they may let it go at CIO stage and ask for updated forms at VO stage. You cannot really tell. Just think positive and remember: no news is good news...

if noc 1112 and 2174 june and july applicants are out this year due to cap then why did cic wait till the last week of august to announce cap filled. why not just say so at the end of may13 itself? they have wasted time for all those that have applied later than may13.

wow! job offer in US is amazing! because its very hard to get a job offer in the US, let alone anywhere else. Can I ask how you found the job? Its better this way because you'll arrive in another country with a job already in hand, and no need to be searching, which is very stressful and time consuming.

U mean my balance at the time of initial submission on MAY ?

Yes that is what I mean bcos that is one of the criterias for submitting your application. If for any reason they need you to update your proof of fund then you submit a fresh bank statement. All the people known personally to me who got their PR were not asked to submit POF second time. Even if they do, it will not matter how long the requird amount is in ur account. What matters is that you have unrestricted access to this fund. I hear people talk about six months statement and the two people I have read mentioning that are resident in Canada already so they could be using the bank statement to verify some other things. If you know anyone that was asked for six months statement you let us know.

I thought the same thing, but dont forget, CIC did not start to look at applications from May until 1 or 2 months later, and when they started to review them for stage 1, that's when they started to update the total numbers on the web site (in late June!). If they had started work on May applicants when they arrived in CIC, then of course, at the end of May they would have updated the web page and declared cap to be full. And as you know Immigration are slow as f**k!

actually NDVO they are doing warmup to start fsw 2013...becoz recently they completed 2010,2011 2012...so they need break and warmup...

There is someone on the spreadsheet, but apparently he sent a case specific inquiry and was told his documents are in LVO ... Apart from that I would like to know if we will receive AOR from LVO.
