Future is quite bright, but past not so good. Apps returned as cap reached.. no more PER's processed after Aug 21 update (cap reached)

I have obtained my PCC in 2 Days in Guujarat
1. go to nearby police station tell them you want PCC
2. he will give you form and you have to give answer to the Nearest police Chocky of your residency.
3. then after that Answer is complete you have to take the papers to the police station back they will sign and give you back in envelop
4. then you have to go to the collector's office and give them to the PCC department then they will sign from the respected officer and give you.

Remember the normal procedure takes 10-15 days.
if you want to speed up u should give something
and one thing carry the pcc papers yourself between the police stations as they are lazy and it will waste your time

Thanks. Do you specifically mention that you want it for Canada immigration? (Indian embassy had a form that asked me to mention specifically why I need PCC)

One major news is one 0f the applicant of CPP-O (Manishsb) from ur Noc has got the MR with the last six month's Bank statement...

And another news is NOC 2174 and 1112 applicants are returned their files mentioning cap limit reached...

Hi everyone,

Can someone please advise me on this issue. I submitted my application in May but it was returned to me last month. I only recieved it on friday. The reason it was refused was because payment was declined because my credit card got missing so I had to cancel the number. Should I just attach a new payment form and send the whole package back to them or do I need to refill all the forms over again. The letter stated that :'should you choose to resubmit your application, please include this letter and the attached appendices with your application. Please I need advise asap. Thank you very much.

Firsly, I hope your NOC is not full. If that is the case it makes sense to print new forms online, fill and I submit but make sure what you fill is same as before. This is just to be on the safe side as I understand some of the forms have been updated as recently as early this month. Filling new forms doesnt mean you should not include the letter received and the attached appendices.
