I am new to this forum. I got my PER yesterday:

Application Received at CIC: 9th August 2013
DD Encash: I dont know
PER received: 4th Sep 2013 (via Email)
NOC:2147

Are u sure PER in one month

YES. I sent application on 2nd AUG 2013, but it took 7 days to reach CIC. Sent via DHL.

Are you sure it's PER you received. Seems very early. What was your payment method? Can you check encase end with your bank?

Noc 2132 counts 112. One user srikanth271 is not added under 2132 his education is Mechanical Engineering he might be under 2132. Admin please make correction

Yes it is confirmation for Positive Eligibility, ans says your file is being forwarded tp concerned Visa office.It bears UCI starting with 9101
My DD has been encashed, buy bank is unable to tell the date.

Can't say for sure until user himself clarify. Even mechanical engineers can apply under 2174 or 2147 depending upon his occupation.

I totally agree...

seriously its been more than 42 days...no AOR yet... i regularly check my inbox...spam... but ....a big disappointment every time :-\ :-\....was going thru the excel sheet ...days between the PER and AOR for NDVO is very unpredictable .... 62...48..19...22.... etc...... :'( :'(

same is here dear... they are working in so unpredictable manner... They sent AOR with wrong format after realization that, sent again correct format after couple of weeks to some candidates..... I also read in last news update on one site that CIC will depute adhoc staff so i guess this is the mistake done by that adhoc staff.... and result of that, this delay also.

your application was processed too fast... only one month... you are the only one in this forum been granted PER in one month..

AS PER ABOVE CALCULATION Below is ASSUMPTION / calculation for NOC :2147 :


55 candidates out 77 from the forum received PER whose files were received until 14th June, which is 30.72 % of global 179 candidates

(55/179)*100 = 30.72 %.

The forum represents 30.72 % of the global CAP.

121 seats left for 2147,

30.72 % of 121 = 37.18, so being 37.18 % around 37 more candidates from the forum should be able to make it to the CAP out of 121.

There are 3 lucky candidate whose CC or DD have been charged but PER yet to be received 37 - 3 = 34, so 34 more candidates have a chance to get en-cashed and receive PER very safely .

On 23th aug they gave PER till 5th June applicant

38 from forum out of 116 globally

and

on 3rd Sep they gave PER till 14th June applicant

55 from forum out of 179 globally

means in 9 days they gave 63 PER globally , out of which :

17 PER to forum members
46 PER to NON Forum members / anonymous Applicants

means approximately ration of providing per by CIC is

Forum members : Non forum members =
1:3

So, if go with current approximate ration, remaining 121 seats will be distributed in

1:3

30:90

means 30 per to forum members and 90 to anonymous out of globally 121 remaining seats

So i guess 30 - 35 more seats would be from forum, means atleaset 1 week of august applicant are safe....
