FSW2013 is always in high priority than previous FSW application because 2013 occupation are current in demand to leaverage the economy.

same thing , in past, fsw2010 was high priority than fsw 2009 and so on

all the best

i have query.......iam fsw 2013 2174 applicant..my file reached to ndvo on july 31 st..waiting for medicals...so i will also get my medicals after 2 years i mean compare to 2010 applications...becoz 2010 applicants now they are getting medicals. ...will u please help me out abt this query..orelse 2010 applicants there processing time line is different compare to fsw 2013?

FSW2174, you are right, the most "stuck" applications right now are the ones from 2009 period. Most of the 2011 are done, some 2010 left and bit more of 2009 left for MR. What I believe is with in next 2-3 months you should be getting MR followed by request for PP.

Read Spreadsheet Carefully

One guy with screen name Raj0078 of NOC 1112 whose file reached CIO on 10 June and his package application returned on 15 July due to Old Form. It means his application is checked for completion & not counted in Cap because returned. And 1112 NOC cap reached in August after more than one month of his returned application. So we are sure that 1112 june applicants are sure in Cap. Experts give your suggestions on my comment please

He has applied for immigration after my FSW-13 application received on 10th May . So it took him only 2 months and 10 days....wish Canada would have been such faster.... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Dear Ashif, have been to Australia as well, trust me, Canada wait is worthwhile. Or if you do not believe me, do a google street view for both countries and you will see what I am talking about.

My details are up to date under name of rahul in excle sheet

Hi All,

I have applied for PR in FSW category under NOC 2174 this year. My documents reached CIC on 5th June 2013. But I have not received any response as of now.

Can anyone suggest what needs to be done?
Should I send an enquiry to CIC mail id mentioned on cic website for further information.

I am anxious about it now.

Please suggest something.

Thanks,
Payal

After a long wait, received AOR from NDVO today morning.

Glory to the GOD.

Admins - Please change my color to Blue

Processing time is mentioned as below.

Applications for permanent residence in Canada in the category that you have applied to,
require an average of 10 months to process at this office. If you have not received any
instructions from this office 6 months after you submitted your full application, you are
requested to contact this office directly.

No one has received any PER or CC/DD charge in 2174 category past file received date of 30th May. CIC posted CAP full date when the 30th May guys were being charged or getting PER. Still, go ahead and call call center.

I agree with the statement that if file was returned for 10 th june which means all casing till june has gone under completion check .

I strongly belive that noc 1112 {june applicant are under cap}

my file has reached on 24th june , still i have hope that it is under cap

best of luck and dont need be down , just be positive or else will apply next year

Thanks Amit. This wait was killing.

From the processing time statement, it looks like I will be able to hear from NDVO in another 2 months as 4 months has already passed by. ;) ;)
