u hav same situation as me. Got UCI but not working. My UCI starts from 909###### can u share ur first digit so we could know their sequence of creating UCI becoz my friend got his per even he Pplied after me but his UCI starts from 908##### that shows his Waqas created before me.

Read Spreadsheet Carefully

One guy with screen name Raj0078 of NOC 1112 whose file reached CIO on 10 June and his package application returned on 15 July due to Old Form. It means his application is checked for completion & not counted in Cap because returned. And 1112 NOC cap reached in August after more than one month of his returned application. So we are sure that 1112 june applicants are sure in Cap. Experts give your suggestions on my comment please

I had the similar issue , I aid pay the $67 CAD online ( I dn't remember the exact number ) , if you fall under the CAP you will received your PER soon . It will get delayed by 10-15days but you will received it for sure.

However you case looks different , you can also call WES and ask them what they really meant in the letter they can explain over the phone , expect 10-15 mins of hold for sure.
