Guys just called CIC they still donot have a note stating file was returned and according to them its under review.

But then nothing stops us from keeping hope...may be they would have taken a break for processing the hot NOCs and will resume after other NOCs are processed...

There are few discussions on how cap is arrived at...but then to be very frank, when someone says that there is a hope, it brings be a smile

wow! i just checked the spreadsheet, your application was received 19.06 and you received PER on 03.09 (cap was filled 23.08 for NOC 0211 AND 2174). That's great! it means there is some hope for us June 2174 applicants.

Still waiting for my application. I applied June 15th, for NOC 2174. I did receive an email from CIC (after 20 working days). They said that it may take another 3 or 4 weeks due to the amount they have to shift through and they couldn't find my name/DOB either. (I received that email Friday 30th August)

As per my thinking NOC 2174 & 1112 are on hold. And 2174 1112 june applicants will be in CAP.
