I have one query.

I have already received PER. It has been issued on my name as i am principle applicant. Other two dependent applicants are my wife and my child in same application, but PER does not cover their names.

My mode of fee payment was Bank cheque (i.e. Demand draft) for Can $ 1250 ( C$ 550 +C$ 550 + C$ 150). The issued PER has mentioned a receipt number and it is for C$ 550 only. I understand it explains receipt for my fee only.

My queries are as following

Is it a normal scenario ?

I wish to know What is the scenario with other forum members who has dependent included in application. Are they have full amount with receipt number which includes fee for principle applicant + dependents ? Or PER is just showing C$ 550 with receipt number (means after some time CIO or LVO will send another receipts for dependents )

Please give me some guideline............

BEST REGARDS

I think there is some mistake in the PER email you received as in my case we receive acknowledgement for $1100 which include me and my wife. However, only principal applicant name is mention in PER Emails which is same in your case also.

So, I think the only mistake in you PER email is acknowledgement of incorrect payment. And I think you should email CIO regarding the same.

Forum members please share your experiences. :)

YES, NOW YOU GOT IT. SO IF YOUR FILE CROSSED STAGE 1 COMPLETENESS CHECK YOU ARE ONE OUT OF 179 MEMBERS UNDER NOC 2147. ONLY WORRY IS THAT IT SHOULD NOT GET REJECTED IN ELIGIBILITY STAGE 3.

THIS ALSO EXPLAINS THAT EVEN IF UCI IS ALLOTTED, FILE CAN GET REJECTED IN STAGE 3, AS UCI IS ALLOCATED AFTER CLEARING STAGE 1.
my consultant told me that once file reache cic then nothing will be done on it atleast for 10 - 15 days.

You don't need a band 7 in IELTS but a band 6 as being minimum. A band 7 gives you an additional 10 points. However, if you can secure 60 points with band 6, you are good to apply.

www.immi.gov.au/skills/skillselect/index/visas/subclass-189/

Basic requirements

There are basic requirements you must meet to apply for this visa. You must:
•be invited to apply
•be younger than 50 years of age when you are invited to apply
•nominate an occupation that matches your skills and qualifications and is on the relevant skilled occupation list
•have your skills assessed by the relevant assessing authority as suitable for your nominated occupation
•have at least competent English
•score at least 60 on the points test
•meet the health and character requirements.

Points for English

Competent English—IELTS 6 / OET B 0

just a general out of topic question
I was checking regarding Australia also and found out that the ielts required for EOI we need band 7 in all the four parts of ielts test
I think I missed it as I have
OVERALL 7.5
Listening 7.5
Reading 8.0
Writing 6.5
Speaking 7.0

so I order to qualify I will have to go for the retest rite?
also I heard they take average of the two tests if taken within 2 years time

Ofcourse Aug 12 was PER, as they have clearly stated that your file is currently awaiting transfer to visa office. Be happy !!!!!!!!! You are through :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
Hassan what about ur per.dear let me know my friend UCI starts from 908***** and mine starts from 909***** does it mean his file processed before me or it does not make any difference.because he has got his per.

Dear friends, some questions on some forms says ‘if applicable’, my question is if it is ok if I just leave them blank? For example, in the form of background declaration it asks if my parents are deceased, I just left the date of death blank. How did you deal with this kind of situation?

Hi

Still waiting for my PER.....

I have no idea related to your query. UCI is generated for all types of Canadian visa applications including study, visit, temporary etc..

Better to quote "NOT APPLICABLE" or "N/A"
