IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Members,

I (and hopefully all admins) are planning to make the separate spreadsheet according to visa office apart from main tracker sheet.
Data on the main tracker sheet will be retained, but as files are transfer from CIO to designated Visa office, an applicant will be shifted to the tracker of specific Visa Office.

Hence it would be more easy for the member to track the progress.

However, its a tough although absolutely not impossible, we will try our level best to do this job in our free time from our busy schedule.

A support from the forum members is also required to kindly update the missing details immediately.

Suggestions and questions are most welcome. Please suggest immediately, so we can start this project and plan it accordingly.

This is not acceptable to some of us in the "minority Visa offices". Your proposition will mainly be useful to the London and New Delhi Visa offices. What use is such a project to us in the Pretoria office, for example. It's only two of us in the tracker with Pretoria as our Visa office. Pls consider what purpose this will actually serve to the "minority Visa office" applicants who have taken time and care to share details.

Hi all

My application has had a set back today. I'm an 8th August applicant and one day after I sent my application, I realised I'd sent copy ECA and not original. I sent follow up letter straight away but CIC just returned the letter and original document saying they can't identify my application. They also said not to send again unless I have a complete package. I feel so deflated today. I know some forum members had luck with follow up documents.

At the time, one person even said to wait 2-3 weeks to send so that my details will be on the database. I think they were right. I think my best chance now is to send again with new cover letter so hopefully they can now identify it before it is assessed and rejected for being incomplete. Any suggestions or advice please?

Oh Dear! So sorry to hear. Did you also get back the initial package? If so, I suggest you still resend all as we are not sure when the cap would be filled. Just postage fees to risk.

but what I feel is we can filter our VO anyhow
so globle sheet is more fruitfull as we can easily compare data and anyhow we can filter our VO data at a fraction of time

Hello Everyone,

I jus received a letter mentioning that we submitted an old form of Schedule 3 Economic Classes-Federal Skilled Workers. My husband applied for 0211. Now guys plz help..should we only fill a new form and send back all the documents as they were or we need to attach an updated bank statement and new forms. FYI every document we send has a small tick on it n this form has a cross and the details of CC we provided has a cross as our fee was not en cashed.

there is some confusion I didn't get AOR. . . .

though about medical what I feel is,
NDVO has many application pending with them for MR of MI1 and I feel before MI1 they will not issue sending MR to us
there are many threads where you can find this details of pending applicants

I have sent my application on 22nd july and they have received it on 30 july.

I have sent the generic application form 042013 but I can see on CIC website that generic application form 072013 was updated in July.

I am not sure weather I have to send this again.

I am sure they did not updated this in July.

So my question is do I have to send form again or I am on safe side.

The new form wasn't available in July. I sent my application on 18th July and before sending I checked if any of the forms has been updated. Also the CIC page that contains application forms was updated in August as shown on the bottom right of the page.
