Application for Permanent Residence Outside Canada-- Canaddian who marry to foreing citizen and file will be placed by foreign citizen with all proof of marriage
Application for Permanent Residence in Canada-Applying for PR except FSW,or canadian who get marry to person living in canada and having more than one year visa for canada
Application for Permanent Residence - Federal skilled Worker submitted to Sydney, Nova Scotia - ALL FSW 2013 will fall in this , doesnt matter applicant applying from outside , inside canada, but for FSW2013 file must go to nova scotia,

I am talking about the points mentioned in each of these. For example, what is the difference between outside Canada and submitted to FSW Nova Scotia? Which one applies to us? --We are in third option.

In FSW Submitted to Nova Scotia, for example, the explanation for "In Process" leads us to believe that file is already at VO and eligibility by VO is also done? Can that be true?

NO, It means files is in process for verification or evaluation. Its doesnt mean it is DONE.
This is my opinion!!

but what I feel is we can filter our VO anyhow
so globle sheet is more fruitfull as we can easily compare data and anyhow we can filter our VO data at a fraction of time

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Members,

I (and hopefully all admins) are planning to make the separate spreadsheet according to visa office apart from main tracker sheet.
Data on the main tracker sheet will be retained, but as files are transfer from CIO to designated Visa office, an applicant will be shifted to the tracker of specific Visa Office.

Hence it would be more easy for the member to track the progress.

However, its a tough although absolutely not impossible, we will try our level best to do this job in our free time from our busy schedule.

A support from the forum members is also required to kindly update the missing details immediately.

Suggestions and questions are most welcome. Please suggest immediately, so we can start this project and plan it accordingly.

There is a lot of talk about change of Immigration process from 2014 in this forum like you said on the lines of EOI of AUstralia.. COuld you share links to that news? For if we can't make this time should we wait prepare for next year or next year things would be different. What would that EOI system talked about is all about and how sure is that Canada would be implementing that and what would be consequences for those changes. Please share your views.

If I remember clearly the EOI thing was 1st mentioned by then culture minister Kenney during the flag off of this FSW programme regime that started in May. I think it was mentoned sometime last year in the gazette or somewhere that they were working towards EOI method to commence next year but im not certain how feasible it would be.

Guys, just a quick update, I received an email yesterday from Cairo visa office saying:

"your Québec skilled worker file that was being processed in Ottawa was recently received in Cairo, we will process each file according to the date of reception, so please refrain from sending any further mails as it may cause delay to processing your file"

Anyway, I replied to them that my file is a federal skilled worker not Québec.
Anyone else got any news?

WOW, Finally .... Dead Cairo office is back to life!!
That's really a good sign ... Apparently, you are the first candidate from Cairo VO according to your file delivery date, so probably you are the first one to get such email... Let's hope we will hear something soon from them. I will keep you updated if i get anything from them.

I got my UCI last week and I swear only female agent can help as I called up many times to know my UCI and every time unfortunately male agent was on other hand who gave same response every time that they don't have any information of my file and one day fortunately I got female agent on other hand who gave me UCI.
And I did't ask for status very same day I got my UCI.
I checked it online first which was not available so mailed CIC to know status but as they take 20 working days to reply and more over my CC is not charged yet so called CIO to know status of my file and unfortunately male agent was on opposite end of my call and got same reply that they don't have access to my application

What to do my friend ..... Women are always like this ..... they are meant to be..
