Dear Colleagues under NOC 2131,

Curiosita....aabbhhii.....jeric77.....samanir....amrkamal86.....dipesh pokhrel

I hope the days come easy and the moments pass slow
And each road leads you where you want to go
And if you're faced with the choice and you have to choose
I hope you choose the one that means the most to you
And if one door opens to another door closed

I hope you keep on walkin' til you find the window
If it's cold outside, show the world the warmth of your smile
But more than anything, more than anything

My wish for you

Is that this life becomes all that you want it to
Your dreams stay big, your worries stay small
You never need to carry more than you can hold
And while you're out there gettin' where you're gettin' to
I hope you know somebody loves you
And wants the same things too

Yeah, this is my wish

I hope you never look back but you never forget
All the ones who love you and the place you left
I hope you always forgive and you never regret
And you help somebody every chance you get
Oh, you'd find God's grace in every mistake
And always give more than you take
But more than anything, yeah more than anything

My wish for you

Is to see you all in GREEN so SOON.

MSNAIR and Roya-FSW don't give up and resend ASAP

Please how come your application was filed on 22nd of August if your documents were returned on the 1st and 7th?

I resent it again on the 22nd August. The first returned one was initially received on 23rd May. I was given UCI over the phone when I called for update. So I guess I had passed the completeness check. It was probably at the MI instructions check that they noticed the employment letter was not detailed enough.

I had emailed them as well to match docs. It was from the email response I got to find out the the file had been returned but I am not yet in receipt of it.

Hi

What do you mean? You did not mention any addresses at all or just did not mention your current address?

Hi
Actually i forgot to mention my current address (I am working out of my country of origin). I stated in list of addresses the current address of my home town, not the address where i am working currently.

Mine was very much in excess of the amount required.
Now mine has gone down.
I will put the required amount after 6 months as no use blocking that much of money for no use. As there wont be any movement of my file within the next 4-5 months.
Again, it is my opinion and the conditions are only for me.

Sure. Even the CIC people know that it is difficult and almost imposible for most people to keep that amount dormant for so long. They only want to see that one can show proof of ability to access that amount of money when the need arise. Also, to not have any excuse of relying on public fund when eventually u get to Canada since u have already told them you got money. Some folks I know were not asked to submit proof of fund a second time and even their employers were not contacted but the got their PR without hassles.
Regarding our own application proof of required fund must be sent with the package with no option like in the case of police certificate which they said could be sent at a later date and I think very few pple if at all, will be asked to update that b4 getting the PR. I bet my 2 cents.

:-[ :-[ :-[ ;D Thanks.
Deeply inside I would like to see all the Forumites happy with their dreams coming true.
God bless us all.

I also wish the same for all. This immigration process is really stressful, but hopefully this forum helps persons to be less worried and allows then to express themselves and overcome some of the anxieties and unknown that go along with this process :D

If one uses some of the money during the process, please be prepared to show that YOU DO have sufficient funds to support yourself/your family when you LAND in Canada....as the immigration offer CAN ask for this...though the usually do not.

Here in SPVO the documents of your car can be used as proof of funds. Makes sense because I'm not bringing my car with me to Canada.
