Suggestion:

Dear Admins:-

As the files are transferred to the VOs, the processing of the applicants will be specific to the visa office. I would like to suggest to add separate page for each visa office and add the applicants by the date of application transferred to the VO in the respective page. It will be more relevant in tracking the applications.

I know its a lot of work... but worth trying.

Just my two cents.
