but as per my calculation and watching last PER rain i am just guessing, well last status was updated on 23 Aug and like i guess before also on 23 august in my post

As per old data in last 2 weeks for 2147:

They are giving PER to 30 applicants in 10 days; means 3 applicants per day.
According to that remaining 184 seats will be occupied with in 61 working days for NOC 2147.
Means in 12 weeks, i guess 2147 Cap will reach on 15th November 2013.

Manish is just trying to say that if CIC update the CAP details then there are chances ,few NOC number will get update. He is not saying it will reach 300!!
