Ok, and what is the name of bank which is drawee at canada,

I mean in your dd , sib canada is mentioned or some other bank name is mentioned??

That i don't remember...
once i asked them about the city from where it will be cashed
"They replied Toronto".

Now you are planning to shift in Toronto!!! Great!

Go to bank manager , and tell him please let me know status of DD , if it is encash then ONLY I want to make another DD of 5000 CAD for next process so he will believe truth in your statement, he will find the status ASAP , once you get the status of your dd , tell them you have postponed the idea to issue the dd of 5000. This is the way you should attract government employer!!!!
I am damn sure he will give you status in 1 day, if you go by this way!!!

Show cake to bank manager he will behave like DOG! LALACH BURI CHEEZ HAY YAARO!! use this formula!
