Is anybody's application rejected or returned after CC was charged? I have seen few of us in the spreadsheet who haven't got PER after their CC was charged. I tried to call CIC today to know the status but it said that toll free number is not available in our area.

Not to discourage you, but IF no IETLS & ECA is done, then there's very slim chance for this year. 2132 is some what hot & we have more then enough applicants that can roughly give an Idea that CIO might be having a lot more.

No one know what fields might be offered in 2014.

to be honest there are very slim chances for u to b under cap of 300 as u have not yet done ur ielts and ECA. dont get disappointed as there is always an other chance for u in the next year 2014. i m sure that this noc will be in the occupation list. if u cant wait, try applying to australia or newzealand as they are equally good as canada. good luck

I am trying to put together my application. hope i am not late? NOC 2131
I have close to 10years experience but can only provide work experience from my present company which i stayed 6+ years, would my application be rejected if i dont get work experience for the other 4years?

I think you can still make it within the cap. Have you done ECA? 6 Years experience is good provided the description of your work matches the one stated in NOC's website. With the 6 years of experience do you have 67 points? That should be the main question.

Thanks alot. Actually my wife's whole family is staying in CANADA. Like her father's brother,Sisters nephew's.. that why we prefer to settle in Canada. Rest i have Job offer from Georgia but i think it will not help.
