I called to CIC and used this number 006139444000 but agent said they do not have access to Fedrall Skill worker info

 Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 Then 1 for foreign affair
 2 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

My Current status is as follows

Applied under 2174, app recd on 19th, there is no update as yet. CC hasn't been charged and the cap is full. :'(

Does this mean that iam out ? :'(
Can i reapply for anther category ? :-\
Do i have to wait till my package is sent back ?
Will CIC even open the package in the first place in case of cap full ?
will CIC be sending me an email notifying me about the cap full thing and when?
or shall i assume that the cap is filled and just wait for the package?
In how much time will i be getting back the package?

Can someone please help me understand the above ??????

Alright this is a bull *censored word*.. I sent my application on July 26th. I did not realize they changed the IMM 0008 form in July. my application reached on August 1st do i need to resubmit my application again? my application was returned before for wrong schedule 3. I don't want it to be returned again.

Does anyone know when CIC updated the IMM 0008?

Yes I am 2132 applicant. My application was received on 8/23/2013. Even I am scared whether my application will fall under cap or not looking at these numbers.

i m june 24th applicant.... i guess i should b in the cap. kris dont worry mate i think 2132 cap will b open till the 2nd or 3rd week of september. good luck
