Thanks for your response Jigzyy.. I contacted CIC yesterday and they informed me that they cant see any notes under my file that the application was returned. Its been 10 days since the cap was reached. Usually how long will it be before they start sending the files back...

Yes. After 81 days of checking this forum and waiting patiently, finally i got my PER.
It is the wonderful and sweet email that i have received since my first application on 2007 which is affected by Pre 2008 backlog reduction, then i re-applied again last year Jan 2012 MI3 but got rejected due to insufficient points. But i never give up and tried again this year. God is really great.
