Hi Seniors,

My file was returned (with reason only fee was not in Canadian funds) on 24th-Aug. as payment mode was International money orders in US $. This time I receive my UCI with my file. I'm 2147 applicant and thinking about to send file back to CIC with valid payment method.

My question is what are the chanches for 2147 after 2 months, please reply.

I'm really very worried.

Sorry to hear that...Why not apply again ASAP? You have nothing to loose except courier fees. ZGo to the courier office near airport for faster processing..USE UPS(forum choice) or Fedex (i used)

I received my PER today (SubhanAllah, Alhamdulilah and Allahuakber)

I am about to cry..feeling humble...

Thanks to All the Admins and All my fellow forumist for keeping the spirit high and make this waiting period tolerable...

Alright on the lighter note: after getting your UCI keep checking with CIC ivr if its updated or not....

In IVR if it says after putting your UCI and birth year: we have received your application on ** date **year.

Means your PER is on the way to reach you..so apart from ECAS keep tracking CIC IVR by calling CIC number..

I wish all the best to all of US ..let's the MR rain begins and PR reach us the fastest time possible to all of us

I received my PER one HOUR AGO and I was not about to check my email! I was preparing for a SLEEP!

I am sure not many people would be interested hear my story as 2174 applicant:

I just called up CIC the lady on the phone confirmed my application was received on 31st May. I asked her that when was my application returned??

She said cant see any notes to confirm the application was returned.

The Cap was actually reached on may 15th as that was the last fee encash date...

First of all would like to congratulate then i will ask one thing i think u got ur uci on phone but before PER what was ur e cas status bc i got my uci last week but e cas not showing anything plus did u check ur DD status from bank bc i checked mine yesterday tht wasnt charged yet.

Hello everyone...today I called CIC and after entering the 8 digit client ID...it says (for the first time)..."we have recieved your application on June 6th 2013..."

Even though ECAS still cannot identify me...

So should I be happy about it...or is it still too early?
