Dear Sameerkpatel, Sorry to hear about this misfortune,What was the reason given for the return? I noted that your self calculated points were 67, did they dispute this?

i dont know about dat ...i just got know by calling cic dat my application package returned on july 15 ..they also give reason .....still did not get package back
suplimentary information travel form missing.....birth certificate not included ....no secondary school record ....
in my view as per my consultant advise i do not hv travel history they did not attach travel form.....but other two reason ....was not acceptable for me ...as i have sent them both including me n my spouse...dont know who have miseed either my consultant or cic..?

if i want to keep ready new app package...is it possible to get new ielts report ...any idea share

Yes you can get new IELTS TRF by applying it to your test centre, you will require to show them a proof that you have applied the earlier TRF to CANADA Immifration by showing them the Courier proof/application/bankdraft and now i need to apply for different country.

Please resend the package as soon as possible

Sameer , don't worry. I can understand your situation.

I tell you cic send currier through canada post which world's most sick currier service.
Check in you near post office n enquiry there and tell post master about the IMO of your currier they will not delay again from their side.

whats wrong with NOC 3211 ? is there any one who got there PER ?

I havent but after mailing CIC twice they replied me back finally with an application number n m able to check my file status on ecas...

I see....I just didn't want you to rush and send a second file without clearly knowing which issues to address. In truth you really cant know who was wrong on the second issue but the first is a horrible mistake for a consultant. Maybe you should prepare your next file yourself, just also double check to ensure that you do have those 67 points as it is critical.

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and only just discovered it after my husband's application was returned incomplete.

The initial application NOC 2147 reached May 23rd but our employment references did not include roles and duties. It took us time to get the specified one and we sent the updated employment references to CIC by end of July. But I guess by then they had already dealt with the file so they couldn't match them. After an email enquiry we got a response that file was returned first week of August as incomplete.

We have now sent a new package to CIC which reach yesterday but without original IELTS as BC have refused to give us but said they can only send it directly to CIC so we put in an explanatory not to that effect and asked BC to send original IELTS.

My query now is will they honour explanatory note and original from CIC directly. I wish we had seen this forum before we submitted. We would not have made such a mistake as we are seriously hoping we fall in to the cap

I always wonder how can anyone decide on be half of CIC as if they're working for CIC. No one know how they process an application

well ppl give their "opinion" not "Decision " coz others ask for it.. i wonder how u can judge someone so quickly..

AS PER Old CALCULATION for new data - Below is ASSUMPTION for 2147 :

38 candidates out 60 the forum received PER whose files were received until 5th June, which is 32.76 % of global 116 candidates

(38 / 116)*100 = 32.76 .

The forum represents 32.76 % of the global CAP.

184 seats left for 2147,

32.76 % of 184 = 60.27, so being 32.76 %. Around 60 more candidates from the forum should be able to make it to the CAP out of 184.

There are 5 lucky candidate whose CC or DD have been charged but PER yet to be received 60 - 5 = 55, from , so 55 more candidates have a chance to get encashed and receive PER very safely.
we have 43 candidates in our spreadsheet, so all are safe according to above calculation .

Yes I am sure. They gave me a tracking number and when I checked a few minutes ago, it has arrived Halifax, Canada. Yet to get to CIC. I intend sending CIC a mail with delivery details as soon as someone signs for it.

We are giving opinion based on our exp and our friends/ relatives exp with cic.

One should not be like judgemental by reading post!
