Updated Outstandingguy.

Thanks Islandbabe, remember you were the one who told that there must be some mistake at CIO's part, as after receiving PER, I received a response from CIO that my file is awaiting initial assessment.

All the best to you and everyone.

Hi
Seniors, i have a question i already sent my my application for NOC 3211 last june 24 i have a relative in canada, in order to get that 5 points i sent them copy of my relatives PR id and proof of billing but they also needed my fathers birtcertificate the problem his original birth certificate was destroyed due to world war 2 so i have to get a new one which whould take months so what i did id i passed his babtismal certificate, and mariage certificate together with an affidavit that his original certificate is lost due to war.

Do you think cic honor me that 5 points with out sending them the birthcertificate of my father? Few weeks ago i received the original birtcertificate of my father which i processed in case cic asked me to provide? Do i need to send them now or just wait for their letter asking me additional documents? Im afraid i will be denied of that 5 points because if that happened i will lack that 67 passing score.

Thanks in advance for those who will reply to this post

.

With all the documents you should send a covering letter explaining all the details. CIC should consider your case.

AS PER Old CALCULATION for new data - Below is ASSUMPTION for 2147 :

30 candidates out 57 the forum received PER whose files were received until 5th June, which is 28.84 % of global 104 candidates

(30/104)*100 = 28.84 .

The forum represents 28.84 % of the global CAP.

196 seats left for 2147,

28.84 % of 196 = 56.53, so being 28.84 %. Around 57 more candidates from the forum should be
able to make it to the CAP out of 196.

There are 6 lucky candidate whose CC or DD have been charged but PER yet to be received 57 - 6 = 51, from , so 51 more candidates have a chance to get encashed and receive PER very safely.
we have 40 candidates in our spreadsheet, so all are safe according to above calculation .

Just an assumption :)

AS PER Old CALCULATION for new data - Below is ASSUMPTION for 2147 :

38 candidates out 60 the forum received PER whose files were received until 5th June, which is 32.76 % of global 116 candidates

(38 / 116)*100 = 32.76 .

The forum represents 32.76 % of the global CAP.

184 seats left for 2147,

32.76 % of 184 = 60.27, so being 32.76 %. Around 60 more candidates from the forum should be able to make it to the CAP out of 184.

There are 5 lucky candidate whose CC or DD have been charged but PER yet to be received 60 - 5 = 55, from , so 55 more candidates have a chance to get encashed and receive PER very safely.
we have 43 candidates in our spreadsheet, so all are safe according to above calculation .

Just an assumption ;)

Your NOC isn't hot so you can wait. Also I am not sure whether they will accept your affidavit or not.
In my opinion, since you have received original BC, you write an explanation letter and attach the copy of BC along with and send it to CIO. [Please ensure that translated copy is also included in case the BC is not in English / French - please refer to the guide for that]
In that letter don't forget to mention, your country of birth, your date of birth, your full name, your passport number etc.

All the best
