1. how did you find that your app is sent back?
2. if you are sure that you includeed in the app one of the two evaluation report received from WES, than is possible to be another issue of returning; if they said that this is the only reason of returning, ... then you just had hardluck and been evaluated by the most stupid officer...
3. apply ASAP... you will be a fresh applicant and succes it's not guarranted, but, who knows....

This is very strange. We all sent one of the two original copies from WES. Were we supposed to send both the copies? If so, the reports were duplicate, why would they need both?

You both stand a very little chance to be in cap (just a guess as the last charge is also DD of the same time). Rely on luck now

You should have got something by now. Just check with your bank to get info if DD is cashed or not. Else, there was something wrong with app.

UCI simply means that your application is Complete. It does not necessarily means that you are in the cap which is checked AFTER the UCI is assigned.

I called up the call centre where after a hold of almost 45 mins, the officer named Guerlain informed they are not authorised to provide any info for FSWP applicants.. I am an 1112 applicant sent on 27 may and received on 3 June. I am aware tht my applied CAP is full now but I wanted to know if I should still hold any hopes as d process of charging one's CC and d gradual updating on the number of applicants finalized are not cleared to me or anyone apart from.cic.. Please advise if anyone for 1112 applicants hav been charged today or any scope of being charged in d coming days. Eagerly awaiting your kind response..

Have you checked the sheet yet? It's difficult to be sure because you are near the borderline of those in and out of the CAP, so I doubt that anyone on the forum can confirm for you.
