Hello All,
I have just called CIC to check status of my file.
They have provided me the UCI number and said they have sent me a mail on 16th aug. But i have not received any mail in my spam too.
What should i guess from this UCI number. I have checked the status on CIC website with this UCI number and it shows "IN PROCESS" status for my file.

How many days it takes to charge my CC? I am 6/25/2013 applicant under NOC 2132. A rough guess. Thanks

Don't think they are missing, just put in a different tab. Someone has made a judgement as to where they think that the cap threshold is, and moved those that come after that point.

(I'm not judging the decision either way but I certainly hope many folks have to be moved back to the main sheet due to being in the cap! )

The spreadsheet could have stayed the way it was..!!

None of the folks have been removed from the Spreadsheet. They are moved to "CAP Filled Apps" Sheet with in the main Spreadsheet. Anyone who will report the charge / PER will be moved back to the "Tracking" Sheet. There's nothing personal & this has not been done to hurt anyone. BUT, the fact is, "Tracking" Needs to be more specific for the current timeline, and, it would be a lot of reds / oranges etc for the returned caps. I hope you understand.

From the manual its clear people in June and July for HOT skills will be in quota: 8.1. Completeness check upon receipt
All applications for permanent residence in the Federal Skilled Worker Class must be submitted to the CIO in Sydney, Nova Scotia.Applications received at the CIO will first be reviewed for completeness pursuant to R10 and the application kit requirements in place at the time of application receipt, including the following forms, fees, information and supporting documents:

pursuant to R10, including the application kit requirements in place at the time of application receipt

Then the CIO will proceed to assess the application against ministerial instructions (Section 9).

Note: Applications that are incomplete or received after any global or sub-cap specified through Ministerial Instructions has been reached will be returned to the applicant along with processing fees

Note: Applications are date stamped upon receipt at the CIO and then checked for completeness in order by date of receipt. The “application received” date at the CIO is the lock-in date. Processing offices should therefore maintain the application received date fromthe time of the applicant’s initial submission to the CIO, and process the application to conclusion.

I am not sure if I am too late. I am planning to apply for aerospace category (2146).
No of applicants in the current status shows only 2.

Profile:
Aeronautical Engineer
10 years exp in aerospace
Education Assessment : WES received the documents yesterday ( I guess it sud take 3-4 weeks for me to receive the assessment)
IELTS: 21st Sep

In any case I will not be able to apply before sep end as IELTS is in end Sep.

Experts plz reply if I stand a chance to be under 300 cap under aerospace?

You can sit and relax and apply even after December.

Please verify your email ID with them else write to CIO sydney. You are in for sure.

JUST Called up CIC and got the UCI no. any hope :-\.

When i called them on 12/August they did not have any info.

The average waiting period is 50 working days.

I think it is not a problem for ur NOC. U can go ahead.
