When i called them on 12/August they did not have any info.

Would I be able to get the UCI number by calling them. My wife is the main applicant ... Do they only give information to the main applicant or I can call too?

There are a lot of missing applicants from the spreadsheet for some reason ...

Don't think they are missing, just put in a different tab. Someone has made a judgement as to where they think that the cap threshold is, and moved those that come after that point.

(I'm not judging the decision either way but I certainly hope many folks have to be moved back to the main sheet due to being in the cap! )

Right. That's good in one way as it will make the main tracking sheet a bit short and clutter-free. As and when some from the moved list hears a good news, he/she will be shifted back to the main tracker. That will happen as the time goes by!

I am not sure if I am too late. I am planning to apply for aerospace category (2146).
No of applicants in the current status shows only 2.

Aeronautical Engineer
10 years exp in aerospace
Education Assessment : WES received the documents yesterday ( I guess it sud take 3-4 weeks for me to receive the assessment)
IELTS: 21st Sep

In any case I will not be able to apply before sep end as IELTS is in end Sep.

Experts plz reply if I stand a chance to be under 300 cap under aerospace?

The manual for FSWP 2013 clearly states in

8.1. Completeness check upon receipt

"Applications that are incomplete or received after any global or sub-cap specified through
Ministerial Instructions has been reached will be returned to the applicant along with
processing fees."



9. Procedure: Assessing the application against Ministerial Instructions

The process to charge the DD and inform the candidate is in step 9.

So it is not necessary that those whose DD's are not charged or per not received are not in the quota.
If your application is not returned, it means it passed step 8. And if it has passed step 8 before the quota was declared full, it means June and July are also in the CAP for 2174 and 2199.

chdblr11, i think you will be fine even if you apply late sept.. there are only two NOCs filled, and maybe two more will be filled soon... so, you're fine, i'm sure you'll fall under 300 cap in your NOC and even under 5.000 app of this year.. good luck!
