Does anyone inquire to CIC regarding the issue of not getting PER mail after CC/DD payment has been made for long a long time. My Ecas status is in process but call center agent told that this status IN PROCESS updated once your documents found complete and payment has been made, In addition to his statement, if you did not receive PER mail means your application are still in process in CIO( maybe for eligibility not sure ). I asked the agent if there is correspondence sent to my mail that maybe i did not receive due to other reason though email address mentioned in the system is correct and he replied he dont have access for this information.

Any comments from everyone.

I don't know if its of any importance for any one.,

Recently I wrote to LVO asking them how to make updates for the addition of my spouse in the application.

They have reverted back in 2 days and have also asked me to submit the stated documents within 90 Days.
The correct format is written below.:

Dear Applicant,

Regarding application number: Bxxxxxxxxxxxxx

In order to continue processing your application, we require the additional documents listed below. Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.

My NOC is 2174 and the application reached there on the 30th May around 10 am

Few newbie questions:
1. Based on past experience, how many extra days does it take for someone who applied using DD compared to CC.
2. Shall I expect an email from CIC once my application is processed or do I have to call and ask them?
3. What are my chances considering it has reached 278/ 300

Just called CIC now to atleaSt get UCI, but bad luck for the sixth time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DD, 22 May application received. hmmmmmmmmmmmm
The smart ladies there refuse to give up...........Even I wont, she asked me you called me last week and if you call 10 times answer will be same.........

rude and unprofessional response.

Please do not give up. Keep calling if you have the means until someone gives you the info you require. These are all parts of the challenges one faces in quest to realise his/her dreams

1- DD is the same as CC, the thing is u will know that ur DD is encashed after around 14 days but CC u will know the same time.
2- if ur file is through they will send u an email with ur PER
3- no one know the chances.
