Does anyone inquire to CIC regarding the issue of not getting PER mail after CC/DD payment has been made for long a long time. My Ecas status is in process but call center agent told that this status IN PROCESS updated once your documents found complete and payment has been made, In addition to his statement, if you did not receive PER mail means your application are still in process in CIO( maybe for eligibility not sure ). I asked the agent if there is correspondence sent to my mail that maybe i did not receive due to other reason though email address mentioned in the system is correct and he replied he dont have access for this information.
