Hi All

Its been close to 4 weeks since receiving the PER, but there is no status change on the CIC Application status page. All i came to know from inquiry that the application was recently sent to New Delhi office. This communication was also 4 weeks back.

Has anyone noticed change of status on the website.

How long it will take to get the medical and PCC email.. pls advice

that's why ur file number starts with 'B'.. ur file was returned of Cap or rejected with any other reason??

Dear prince ... thanks for sharing the LVO mail. Its actually quite relieving to see a good sign from them.

I would request all other early applicants of LVO to mail them regarding their applications.

These are the forms requested by LVO :

New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant
New Schedule 1/Background Declaration form and New Additional Family Information form IMM5406
Original Police Certificates for your spouse from each country that she/he has lived in for 6 months or more.
Processing fee of $550
2 passport photos
Long form birth certificate and marriage certificate
Copy of passport biopage

once returned second time rejected.
But CIC has allocated my Application with E0000
B000 has been allocated by LVO.

that's why ur file number starts with 'B'.. ur file was returned of Cap or rejected with any other reason??

The initial review encompassing completeness of application package and check against Ministerial Instructions (determination of sufficient points for eligibility) in carried out by the CIO.

More thorough assessment including background checks is done by the VO.

CIO just matches the roles and responsibilities with NOC Code and checks the overall points claims and proofs submitted. More experienced are best to comment futher.

AOR should be coming from SG VO not from CIO, right? Means this is not an official 2nd AOR.
