Can someone please help me. WES has reviewed my ECA Report and I need to urgently send it as an addition to CIC. Please what specific details must I provide in my cover letter, to enable CIC locate my application very easily and possibly add this new ECA report?

If I understand right, you sent your application with an ECA report which has now been updated by WES. Unless you had a previous UCI and you wrote it on your original package, there's no point in sending a second one -- no guarantee that CIC will be able (or even willing) to match them up. They actually state they won't, though there's been apparent exceptions documented here.

If you don't absolutely require the additional points, I'd advise you to keep your reviewed ECA.

that's good news .. means that ur file is at VO right now and being processed .. BTW can u tell us what are the forms and documents they requsted to be prepared for applicants having the same issue ?

These are the forms requested by LVO :

New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant
New Schedule 1/Background Declaration form and New Additional Family Information form IMM5406
Original Police Certificates for your spouse from each country that she/he has lived in for 6 months or more.
Processing fee of $550
2 passport photos
Long form birth certificate and marriage certificate
Copy of passport biopage

I just got my UCI by calling cic, I am using DD so I have to visit the bank to verify whether my DD is encached or not..

I have a quick question: having a UCI number means DD has been encashed already?

My understanding of application process procedure follows following sequence:
1- CIC encash DD or CC.
2- Your application is updated into cic system.
3- UCI will be generated.
4- CIC send applicant PER email, with UCI and file number.

Please help to clarify whether my understanding is correct, thanks.

Check on the IVR and ECAS ... seems that Having an UCI alone doesn't mean payment encashed or app has crossed completeness and JD check ... !
