Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 22 July 2013. It was deemed incomplete. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.



We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.



Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

Had received this email on the 13th of August and I didn't know it as it was lost in the large number of unread emails. I did check my PO Box yesterday and no package received as yet. Yes I had some minor errors in my application but I have no idea what was the final nail in the coffin. Will update once I receive my package.

Hi Guys,

Just recd a call from my consultant that one of 1112 applicant of 27th May got file no. Pymnt mode was DD.

Although they didn't receive file no for me but she said in a day or two max you should also get it.

Some good news on Monday morning for 1112 NOC

you should send an email with name, dob, country, date your application was received to CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca.

provide max details like passport no, application received by and time, Your NOC because they are replying in 15-20days and if they ask additional details your time will be wasted

if your stat show in process you must get PER mail
check your email address in your application and also check in your spam and junk mail folder

But dear Vats, the scenario is bit different here. i got a reply from them (once i mailed them to know the status of my appl) stating "pls inform us if u hv not got the mail of xx 2013 from CIC-sydney". So, they have my mail id. and its correct. And i have checked my spam and junk folders as well. So, r8 now i have no idea what is going on. Praying to the Almighty Allah.
