My application has reached at CIO on 31st May (NOC 2132), but I hvn't received anything till now.
I am really worried :-[ now and want to contact with CIC/CIO.
Can anyone plz tell me the easiest way for this.
Expecting Contact no and email id of CIC/CIO.

Hi, once u can get ur UCI, u can have some idea about ur app. Following is the calling procedure at CIO office:

Call at – 0016139444000
select 1 for English
then 1 for foreign affair
2 for immigration
call is being transferred to cic
then 1 for English
2 for status
1 for PR
8 digit client id number will be asked
listen the request 3 times without entering client id number
then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc
then agent will check in the system and shall give feedback regarding UCI.

Once u've the UCI, check it in ECAS and also in the IVR itself (Enter UCI when at the last stage when it says so instead of waiting it out for 3 times), u should hear a msg saying app has been received on xx day, if nothing is heard and it passed to an agent, then they may not have opened the app yet, or not yet Encashed.

I am a May 27 NOC 2131 applicant but still nothing from CIO or CIC

Any news? Have you mailed them?

No news. I have called them. I already have my UCI number as i was in canada for a business visa. I checked my status but there was nothing. File is not opened till now i think.
I think in next week, we will post our good news of cc charged in this great forum.
