Yes, David Cohen is my attorney. I received an email from Cohen's office today(14th August) regarding my PER. However, the issuing date of PER by CIO is 12th August.

I am also able to access it now.
etha4u & sonia's Application was received much later than us, that's the reason they are not able to access.

Hi seniors, need ur advice, my application has received in 14th June,2013. NOC code 2147, It has been passed more than 8 weeks. Still I haven't heard anything from CIC and the money has also not been deducted from bank account. So do i need to contact the CIC or I should wait few more days.

Awaitiing for valuable suggestion.

31st May applicant and still nothing from CIC. Called them, mailed them but NOTHIN!!

But I have not got my PER mail yet.
Is it necessary to have a PER mail
I have already email them asking about muly file status 3 4 days back

I am a NOC 2131 applicant and my application has been received on May 27 same as yours... but I have not received any thing yet not CC charge nor PER...
when your CC was charged and when did U receive PER?

My CC has been charged today. I have received an email (not sure is the PER, which I think that arrives by regular mail) also today.
