I have filed under 1112 category.My file was sent to CIC on 4 June 2013.My details have been entered in the spreadsheet.
I do not know whether I am in the race or not.
Current updated is 278.

Have any members been charged recently for 1112 for May 30 & 31 -2013 or June 3 & 4 -2013.

Please seniors, could you please tell me that normally how much time they take to encash the DD, e.g., my application received by them in the last week of July 2013 and could you tell me please that in 80% cases how much time they take to encash the fees DD.

Yes Nizam, your IELTS score card should be return back along with your complete package if ur file is returned back due to cap limit. Last year, my complete file also returned back after long wait of 3 months due to cap reach alongwith CIC letter explaining cap reach.

DD enchashment they takes 72 days..... but you can expect speed from CIC in end of August after some NOCs are reched to CAP limit.

I think its too early to get any news from London VO, consider something like 2 weeks - maybe - for the file just to be transfered from cic to VO.


Anyways, I asked my consultancy firm about the expected time frame for this year program and they told me its 12 months (Without guaranteeing anything )

For all the frieds who will not b able to make it in the 300 CAP, good luck for next time I am in the same boat as you .

Atleast we have documents ready for the next year, 2174 reopens again.

below is calculation for 2174

66 candidtates out 90 from the forum received PER whose files were recieved untill 24th May, which is 28.32% of global 233 candidates
(66/233)*100 = 28.32 .
The forum represents 28.32 % of the global CAP.

67 seats left for 2174,
28.32 % of 67 = 18.69, so being 28.32 %. Arround 18 more candidates from the forum should be able to make it to the CAP out of 67.

There are 5 lucky candidate whose CC or DD have been charged but PER yet to be received 18 - 5 = 13, from , so 13 more candidates have a chance to get encashed and receive PER very safely. candidates whose applications were recieved untill 31 may are very safe.

considering the fact that (24/90*100=26.66 % of candiates application get rejected due to various reasons
candiates untill june 4th stand a chance.
buckup for next year. 91 candidates may have to apply next year . As we represent 28.32% of the global applicants. (91/28)*100 = 325 candidates are already there to apply in 2014 ;D

Is there any other forum related to CHC london ??? At this stage, I am keen to know what london office is doing with fswp application. what are the chances of rejection at this stage ??? what steps london visa office is following for back ground checks ???

I heard number of cases previously where points were re-calculated and cases were rejected by local visa officer on point basis.

Note: not spreading any negative thoughts just thinking from all directions.
