After 24th MAy?? I guess after 17th May..... Confused much
I am not exactly getting what is going on at CIC for hot NOC such as 1112. Like my cousin application reached there at 21st May 2013 at 10:30am signed by doughe but no response yet. Like her uncle applied for her from CANADA nor his CC being charged nor the application been returned. But I heard few guys got charged for 1112 on 23rd May and 22 May as well. So not getting the picture if it is actually 1st come first serve or what and if her application reached 21st May then what are they doing to it? Please reply seniors,Thanks
p.s: Is the cap reached on 21st that means or even before?

Dear ayaz123, so far cic is dealing with the documents on first come first serve basis. so dont get paniked. if everything is ok he/she will be charged. its a matter of day or two. and according to the excel shell 21 st may applicant is within the cap.
FYI, i have heard from one of the consultants of my country that cic has charged cc of one of the 28th may applicants of 1112.

Congrats to those who got their PERs. Can anybody throw some light on following.

(a) What is the validity of WES report?
(b) Whether WES report of Aug13 can be used for next year process ( Hope there will be no change in documentation process for immigration under NOC-1112. Applications accepted already reached to 278 out of 300 as of now).

I guess its 5 years ad they will retain you records for 10 years.

For next year you can very well use it.

These days i Guess all VO is trying to save resources. so in my opinion you might get it or u might not.
But chill now. u r through.
I wouldnt care if VO sends me an acknowledgement or not.
