Dear,, you are 100% in.... As nowadays wes is also taking time in reverting for ECA.... So even August applicant also falls in ...

Hi islandbabe any ideas as of what date are the cap limits this time...last time it was 23 rd may? Can this much difference be of just merely 3-4 days or are we miscalculating from beginning...... I m really nervous after reading more n more predictions n posts......ppl have positive results with BC n some have negative :o I think it's purely luck now....there's no common strategy......some ppl are lucky some r not.......
Hope all of us get thru.....Anxiety is high.....BP is also high..... Whew..... :-\

They are counting apps only after PER.. And it is the only sense as after completing all formalities they are releasing PERs.... So only after that application counted towards CAP...

Dear seniors

i am encountering a different prob. i got my Client ID by calling them. the IVR system also confirms the receiving date of my application after pressing my Client ID and birth year. but till now i have not got any mail from CIC. not even in the junk mail. ECAS is also showing nothing. I mailed them on first week of july and they replied me couple of days back stating nothing informative. only by saying whether i have received their mail or not. Now i am not sure whether that mail contained PER or NER. Can anyone pls tell me what could be my next step?
bst wishes to the those having their CC/DD charged and lots of thanks to admins for their endless efforts.

When did your application reach CIC and what is your NOC?

I think this may be for persons who received their Pers up to Monday of Last week.......CIC was preparing for the updates..busy sending Pers for 2 weeks now...So its Pretty tight for 1112 & 2174 ( I think those are the Nocs they have been working overtime on) Seeing the numbers for 2147 and some of the others I think they have delayed processing some of those applicants and now good news for them, they will see a pick up in the number of persons being charged for other "not hot" Nocs. In the midst of this.....its sad to see because ECA's made alot of people submit late and now it will cost those applicants after paying so much money. All power belongs to CIC, I for one would be willing to look the other way if they increased the caps and charged a few extra people......

3143 Occupational Therapists 6

I positively think you will be within the cap.

A sigh of relief , as 2147 has quite a bit of limit left , hope so 6-06-13 application will be included, conditionally all forms are filled O.k.

We will know this for sure only after a NOC reaches the CAP. If after CAP some applicants still receive updates, like CC charges or PERs then we will know what the website counts effectively.
