Can you please tell me what is the dependent type I need select for my wife in IMM0008 form. Bit confused between Dependent type B and C.

I think that when filling the spouse side on the form, it automatically greys out
I.E it becomes grey and it cannot be filled.
When you get to the dependants, which are your children, you'll either choose any of the types below

Type A

He or she is under the age of 22 and not married or in a common-law relationship.
Type B

He or she married or entered into a common-law relationship before the age of 22 and, since becoming a spouse or a common-law partner, has been continuously enrolled and in attendance as a full-time student in a post-secondary institution accredited by the relevant government authority; and depended substantially on the financial support of a parent.

or

He or she is 22 years of age or older and, since before the age of 22, has been continuously enrolled and in attendance as a full-time student in a post-secondary institution accredited by the relevant government authority; and depended substantially on the financial support of a parent.
Type C

He or she is 22 years of age or older, has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent since before the age of 22 and is unable to provide for him/herself due to a medical condition.

My application reached CIC on Jun 26th for NOC 2174. When should i expect some news? I am in the spreadsheet and my mode of payment was DD. to date i haven't received any response. But i did call CIC and they gave me UCI number.

Are you sure they gave you UCI number?? or do you have a UCI number previously from any other VISA to canada.

Can you give me any advice if I need to send them my bachelor degree and give an explanation on the coversheet? Is there any possibility that they will put my bachelor credential into my application?

I think (In my opinion) you are good with Master's degree only and dont need anything else because your degree is from AUS and you already got WES evaluation which is showing you as "Master's degree" holder. It is just my opinion.

Hello there
Here is my experience. Applicant of May 30. Sent email to CIC on July 15th (6.5-7 weeks after, since it was written on website do not send emails if it less than 6 weeks). In auto-response email it was said "we will not reply if your email sent earlier than 8-10 week past" (which is strange, two different information). Anyway I have received answer from CIC on Aug 9:

"Your file is with our office and is awaiting completion of initial processing. You will be contacted in due course."

If you choose "Spouse" (p.10) and "Yes" (p.11) then dependent type (p.12) will become grey color, i.e. no need to fill this part

We need to fill this form only if we have more than 5 dependents. Isn't it?
