As I mentioned, took some time to read all the 1000 and odd pages. Anyways better late than never.

I applied thro a consultant, but just for filing up the forms and packages. Not sure if they can provide details on other applications, but if its just got to with numbers, then I will try

well they havent stopped processing any NOC like yors 0211, there are applicants got charged of 28th , 29th May from NOC 2174 also
one might need to wait for 1 to 2 week more in an average case , probably depends on the CIC processing prcedure and the documents that an applicant submits... sometimes it takes more time to reach any decision.
And yes spreadsheet is represnting good number from forum compared to globally accepted application till 17th May so you need be panic

CIC has just slowed down awfully....

I'm a 28th May applicant under 0211 and waiting like hell... Everyday just keep on checking my phone for a SMS on CC charge but that wait is just endless .. especially this week.... 0211 is just not moving.. they have just stopped processing this NOC

Nice nick. Nobody has been charged lately. CIC seems to be on a hiatus where 1112 is concerned. They should be updating the cap information next week and then we will know more.
