I think getting PER is analogous to passing the first trimester of pregnancy after which you can kind breadth easy.

Alas! the processing times for NDVO have increased(update-6 Aug. 2013) :o
also as some one from Morocco got MR which is in line with there Rather Fantastic processing time of 4 months which has indeed reduced from the earlier 6 months.
