My NOC Code is 3142.
my file also reached on 8th may 2013 at novascotia.
my CC was charged on 18th june.i received my PER on 27th June.
my file trasfered to new delhi VO on 17th july but it state that No processing will be done on your file for next 72 months.however circumstances may change,you keep checking on CIC web site.

Does any body got same Email from visa office?

I am trying to call CIC through phone #16139444000 and 18882422100 from USA but any to reach it say some error and phone get disconnected,is anyone help....how to contact CIC through phone and also my friends tried from India they do get same responds.

My CC has Security code/password when using online. Will it have some issues?

CIC will not use online method to charge CC. They use cc machine usually u see when u buy in market. U need then signature. Pass is required when payment is made net. So relax.

I have received my application back today.

I made a mistake of putting my primary occupation as Lecturer in Schedule 3 Form Page 3 which is my current occupation. Even though underneath I am showing my experience in 2243.
I think CIC are very strict and they look for any small mistake to return application. May be in my case it was a big mistake.

They have returned all my originals. I was hoping that they will keep my IELTS which expired on May 19, 2013. Now if I want to reapply I first need to take IELTS.

Sheikh you paid $ 468 CAD again ? Coz I have the same problem and I paid $ 67 ( or something ) & add CIC and got my PER although I took additional 10 working days.

I just received an email from WES. I just want to copy the text here.

“In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to process an application, CIC will need to review the evaluation report through WES's online service.”



We have learned that some of our clients did not use the correct option when they ordered their ECA from WES, and their report is not accessible by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). In these cases, WES has advised that these clients will need to order a Duplicate Report and specify CIC as a recipient of the report.



After getting this message I paid them again for duplicate copy. I select the CIC as recipient. But in the status update it is shown they they gonna send the additional report to my address again. I really dont understand this WES. So far I paid them 468 CAD.
