My lawyer cautioned me based on his experience with few of his client who applied before me and I qoute:

We have learned that some of our clients did not use the correct option when they ordered their ECA from WES, and their report is not accessible by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). In these cases, WES has advised that these clients will need to order a Duplicate Report and specify CIC as a recipient of the report.

Anyone has come across this?

If yes, please suggest.

yes it happens when you have WES basic package. CIC can only view your WES ECA report online when you have FSWP package.

CIC seems to really be trying to stick to their less than a year promise/timeline schedule....lets see what will happen for the majority of persons.

Dear Members,

One of the member (Charl&Wouter) of NOC 0211 from South Africa received medical request on 30 July 2013.
The timeline of that member is as follow:

7 May 2013: FSW Application sent.
13 May 2013 (6 days): Application arrives at CIC Centralized intake office.
11 July 2013: Credit Card debited - Application fees.
17 July 2013 (2 months): Receive positive determination of eligibility, application sent to SA visa-office.
30 July 2013 (2.5months) : Request for medicals and payment of Right of Permanent residency fees.
