I am sorry if this question is answered already. There is lots of update on this forum and I am running short on time to check 100 pages so asking this question.

Is any one seeing different status update on ECAS? Mine still shows "in progress" with message "We received your application for permanent residence on May 8, 2013."
I have not received any request for medical or PCC.

My DD was en cashed on 17th June as per my agent from where I got my DD done. Application reached on 27th May though.

None of what you have been saying upto now makes sense. CC for may 23 and may 24 app is not charged but according to you your DD of may 27 is encashed . From what we have been seeing in 1112 probably it was full on 22nd may only .Earlier you said it's encashed in mid july and now you are saying June 17

I saw another forum member had suggested also putting down details of the first courier package such as tracking number. I didn't do that but I did put a big note on the envelope under that address that the envelope contained additional documents to be attached to an application sent 2 days earlier. Fingers crossed for us both.

Yes, I have included Courier Details in Cover letter.

To make it fast, I requested WES to send a duplicate copy to my relative address in Canada (1 business day). I hope it will reach in 3 days after my original application.

Guys, I did some analysis on the FSW 2011 NOC 1122, the hottest NOC in 2011. The analysis shows that each update by CIC correspond a working day. The 1122 was filled up by 8 times update and it is found that NOC 1122 filled up by 8 working days considering Saturday a working date. Applicants who sent application on 9th working day, cited their rejection due to cap being filled. We have seen that CIC did charge CC on Saturdays.

If we go in line with this theory, the 3 times update by CIC for 2013 represent 4th, 6th, and 7th May (exclude 5th May as Sunday).

There is no expiry date on national Id card of Bangladeshi people. So I left the place blank. would it be ok? I mean would it be considered as incomplete or complete application? If anyone can share his/her experience.....

its almost impossible dear that the dd for 27 may is en-cashed in june only. their might be some confusion
u better check it with your consultant.

I doubt it strongly this analysis is close to being true. It cannot be based on a daily basis. Maybe weekly or something else.

As I came to know from my research, you need to send the following:-

1) Notarized copy of baby's Birth Certificate;
2) Notarized Copy of baby's Passport;
3) The second page of IMM0008; dependent information
4) Application fee - $150 (you can pay online and send receipt no DD required)
5) 4 photos of baby (name, dob, date of taken on the back) as per Checklist, you have to send 6 copy of photos, 5 written, 1 blank
6) Cover letter to inform CIC the birth of child - Mention your file number
7) Additional Family information (IMM 5406) form(s) - Your and your spouse with details of baby
8) Proof of funds - it is a must.

However, please reconfirm.
