I would like to share my good news. I'm a 24th May applicant applying under noc 2147 and can confirm my debit card has just been charged.

Its just a normal letter. No seal from chamber of commerce or whatsoever.
Letter from employed with the signature and seal of the company on a company letter head.
u wld be fine.

Did your brother's Reference Letter been authenticated by Chamber of Commerce in Saudi or just Company seal and Signature?

Hello Everyone...CIC has recently updated the count towards cap @ 131 for 1112.......are these the files received before the start of June 2013....Do you think this number (131) will increase in future at a decreaed pace/otherwise...Thanks

First, no one knows how CIC application process works, I mean exact timelines. But as far as the information I gathered, CIC takes 2 weeks to charge even after application is accepted. So right now they may be dealing with 1st week or may be a little chance with 2nd week of June applicants.

Secondly, about CAPS, we cannot decide taking applicants in this forum into consideration as no one knows how many global applicants might be. But for first three months the inflow of applications will never be less. Later it might get reduced. Also it depends on which NOC code you belong. For example if we take NOC's like 2143, 2144, 2145,etc, you might apply even after 6 months as those NOC's might not get filled even after year long. But NOC's like 1112, 2174 get's filled by 2-3 months at most. I'm sorry to say this but there will be no decrease in phase for 1112 or 2174 in next CAP updates till they are filled.

NOTE: None of the information provided here is gathered officially. All this information is from the observation of previous years, some of it from solicitors. You can take it for you consideration and estimations.

People...
All those who applied under 2174, the official CAP reached is 120. Just wanted to know when was this updated? Now comparing it with entries on our spreadsheet, the 2174's have been charged until app date 23rd May. So I guess there is still chance for the folks who applied in May end and early June...(provided the appln is complete)....

Just got my Cert of Employment signed and stamped from my company!
They also given me a Clarification Letter to avoid discrepancy on my contract.
I hope that would be enough.
