I would like to share my good news. I'm a 24th May applicant applying under noc 2147 and can confirm my debit card has just been charged.

If we see total applications for 23rd may ..its a huge number almost 25 in this forum alone
so 24th may guy have to wait long , moreover most of the 2174 applicants left have submitted
by DDs so for information checking expect ..lot of delay

No movement today also for 24th May applicants...
will take exact 10 weeks to charge

Manila...loncan..i know you would be awake and refreshing you credit card page ....

ok but currently they are charging May 20-24 applicants. how can they update till date? I am thinking of May10-15th applicants.

My rough guess is 17th May application , and CIC is almost updating a week long applications.
( if you carefully look on fee tally , fee encashed dates and application sent dates )
and last to last update was for , 10th May applications by this estimate ...
