just a quick question , I know your applying from Singapore but do you have any idea
if any Singaporean or chinese forum like this where spreadsheet are available and people
are sharing there application related information ??
This might help other to get a good estimate probably , so thought of asking..

The most likely scenario is that your paperwork would be returned, and so would the update that you send them.

Your options are to send a whole new bundle of paperwork (if you have extra originals of IELTS, ECA etc), alternatively you could try and fall on their mercy to add the form to your existing paperwork - it has been known for an updated form to be successfully added to an existing application but to be honest your chances of succeeding in doing that are not high.

If you send an extra form to update an application then if you already have a UCI code from a previous application then make sure your additional form references it, and make sure all the necessary info is supplied with your update - so your Date of Birth, Passport number, Full name, date and time the previous app was received, all that sort of thing - don't hold back info that might help them tie up the paperwork as you are asking them to help you.

Thank you for your reply. I have all the documents except IELTS, Still dont know if IDP will provide me an extra copy or not. So to send another package will take more time as I might have to take another exam.

So I think I will apply write a cover letter and will send the missing from by tomorrow. And rest depends on the Almighty.

Do you know if is it possible to get another IELTS Copy or not.

Ask for another IELTS copy. They might be happy to give it to you, or might need it to be sent to a company/organisation (different rules in different places).

We are almost have the same situation, Mine is the CVV of credit card is wrong. My package should be reach in the same date as your's but I manage to hold my shipment back to me.

I suggest since it is already out and received by the CIO I still suggest to submit the forgotten form with an introduction letter explaining what is your mistake. Don't let the time run out send it as soon as possible before they review your papers.

Some people here in the forums did like this but of course it is still case to case basis depend who handle your case. Just keep praying, and keep the faith.

If your NOC is cold one then I would suggest you do two things, first to send the missing form along with cover letter of all your information which may help cic to locate your original package!. second is to prepare a new application and send it ASAP whenever possible.

Yes..KewCanada there are many good forum which I have seen in past..but no one managing the kind of spread sheet ...
but one thing what we can do is , we can invite them in this forum..once they see this forum and spread sheet they may start sharing the data in this forum...and we can then have better idea of each VO timeline ext...

this is just an opinion!
